3. Annual maintenance

After the vehicle is used for 6 months, a comprehensive inspection is carried out every 12 months to ensure the performance of the vehicle (including maintenance in the 6th month). The scope of inspection is the same as the monthly inspection mentioned above, and the following items are added:

a Remove the brake drum and thoroughly check the brake shoe for additional or improper wear;

b Check the brake shoe return spring, brake bushing, camshaft sleeve, brake shoe roller, etc. for damage;

c Check the bearings and axle connection parts;

5. Lubrication

In order to drive safely and extend the service life of the semi-trailer, grease must be added to each lubricating part regularly. When adding grease, pay attention to the following matters:

a The refueling device and the oil filling cup should be cleaned first.

b If the oil cup cannot be filled with grease, check the reason and replace it if it is damaged.

c Figure 5-1-1 is a diagram of grease replenishment for each part of the semi-trailer. The figure shows the grease adding position and refueling time, and requires the use of the grease brand (or similar variety) specified in the following table. For three-axle vehicles or single-axle vehicles, refer to the two-axle vehicle. For the grease brand of the axle and suspension, refer to the instruction manual of the axle and suspension.
